📄Step 1: Select Instruction Template

1. Open the VOXRAD application.

2. Look for the "Template Selection" dropdown menu, located at the bottom of the main interface.

3. Click on the dropdown to view available templates.

1. Templates are based on the naming schema used by you. By default the templates are named based on the study, such as:

• HRCT Thorax

• CECT Abdomen

• MRI Brain

• X-ray Chest

1. Select the appropriate template that matches your current reporting task.

2. If you don't see a suitable template, you can:

   • Leave the template dropdown blank as a starting point

   • Create a new template (refer to the "Customizing Templates" section in the documentation)

Note: Providing adequate instructions in template ensures that your dictation is formatted correctly and includes all necessary sections for your specific report type.
