⏹️Step 3: Press Stop Recording

1. When you've finished dictating your report, locate the "Stop" button.

2. Click the "Stop" button to end the recording.

3. After stopping, you'll notice:

   • The waveform display will cease

   • The application status will display different steps of processing (e.g., conversion, uploading, transcription etc.)

Processing the recorded audio through the chosen models.

1. VOXRAD will now:

   • Save your audio file

   • Convert it to reduce the file size, maintaining bitrate.

   • Depending on your method of processing, the audio will be either

     • Send it to the transcription model and then process the received transcript through the text model to format it according to your chosen template.

     • Send the audio file directly to a multimodal model along with chosen instruction template to format it according to your chosen template

2. Wait for the processing to complete. This may take a few moments depending on the length of your recording and the complexity of the report.

Note: Do not close the application or start a new recording until the processing is complete to avoid losing your work.
