📝Step 4: Paste and Edit the Clipboard Content

1. Once processing is complete, VOXRAD will automatically copy the formatted report to your clipboard.

2. You'll see a notification indicating that the report is ready (e.g., "Your Generated Report is Ready ✨").

3. Open your preferred text editor, word processor, or PACS system where you want to insert the report.

4. Use the secure-paste shortcut defined in the general settings of macOS application (or Ctrl+V on Windows alpha application) to insert the report.

Status when the report is ready

1. Review the pasted content carefully, checking for:

   • Correct structure and formatting based on your chosen template

   • Accuracy of transcribed medical terms and measurements

   • Completeness of all sections

2. Edit the report as necessary:

   • Correct any transcription errors

   • Add any additional information that wasn't captured in the dictation

   • Adjust formatting if needed

3. If significant edits are required, consider updating your template or dictation style for future use to improve accuracy.

Best Practice: Always thoroughly review and verify the content of your report before finalizing or sending it, as the AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or misinterpretations.
